Job Description

Overview of Role:

You will be supporting adults in lively, active homes, helping them with both daily living tasks and personal care.

Residents enjoy a wide range of activities such as days out, swimming, beach trips, and cinema visits, and you’ll play an important role in enabling them to live fulfilling, independent lives.

Shift Pattern:

Day shifts: long days (07:30–22:30), with the option of Earlies and Lates.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• At least 3 months’ UK care experience
• Must have experience in providing personal care and demonstrate a willingness to support individuals with their personal care needs.
• Right to work in the UK (with documentation)
• A calm, confident, and patient approach to support
• Understanding of sensory needs/deaf awareness (or willingness to learn)
• Full UK driving licence & car (preferred)
• Minimum of 24 hours availability per week
• Enhanced DBS (don’t worry – we can sort this for you)
