The support workers at Primcura are exceptional.  They arrive on time, interact well with all the ladies who we support.  The support workers will complete all tasks asked of them, and to an acceptable standard.  If the support staff are unsure they are not afraid to ask staff. The support staff at Primcura are polite, respectful and provide support in a respectful and dignified manner to all the ladies.

The office staff at Primcura, are polite when answering the phones, or responding to emails. The staff respond to emails and phone calls within a reasonable time frame, and always go above and beyond to support us with supplying staff that will suit the needs of the ladies at the home.  During the time we used Primcura for a period of time, they ensured that they sent us the same staff to ensure the ladies had a regular face, and they could build the trust with these, meaning the ladies continued to have a meaningful day with no upset or disruption.
