Job Description

Overview of Role:

You will be supporting individuals in care housing for those aged 55+, promoting independence while offering assistance with everyday needs and personal care.

All staff must be confident in administering medication. Full training will be provided by Primcura Healthcare to ensure you are fully supported in this responsibility.

Shift Pattern:

Shift times vary with earlies, lates, long days – Monday to Sunday.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• At least 3 months’ UK care experience
• Must have experience in providing personal care and demonstrate a willingness to support individuals with their personal care needs.
• Right to work in the UK (with documentation)
• A calm, confident, and patient approach to support
• Understanding of sensory needs/deaf awareness (or willingness to learn)
• Full UK driving licence & car (preferred)
• Minimum of 24 hours availability per week
• Enhanced DBS (don’t worry – we can sort this for you)
