Job Description

Overview of Role:

Our client is seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to provide support in a Supported Living Service. The service cares for Young People with learning disabilities, mental health conditions and behaviours that may challenge.

Please note this role may involve some aspects of Personal Care.

Shift Pattern:

Monday to Sunday shifts available – Long Days and Sleep Nights

✅ What We’re Looking For

• At least 3 months’ UK care experience
• Must have experience in providing personal care and demonstrate a willingness to support individuals with their personal care needs.
• Right to work in the UK (with documentation)
• A calm, confident, and patient approach to support
• Understanding of sensory needs/deaf awareness (or willingness to learn)
• Full UK driving licence & car (preferred)
• Minimum of 24 hours availability per week
• Enhanced DBS (don’t worry – we can sort this for you)
