Job Description

Overview of Role:

Our client provides care to individuals with learning disabilities in both Residential and Supported Living settings.

In the Residential service, elements of personal care and hoisting will be involved whist the Supported Living service will be about promoting independence and assisting with everyday tasks. 

Shift Pattern:

Shifts are available Monday to Sunday with varying start and finish times for days and nights.

The minimum shift time is 6 hours, and long days/nights will be between 10 – 15 hours.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• At least 3 months’ UK care experience
• Must have experience in providing personal care and demonstrate a willingness to support individuals with their personal care needs.
• Right to work in the UK (with documentation)
• A calm, confident, and patient approach to support
• Understanding of sensory needs/deaf awareness (or willingness to learn)
• Full UK driving licence & car (preferred)
• Minimum of 24 hours availability per week
• Enhanced DBS (don’t worry – we can sort this for you)
