Job Description

Overview of Role:

Our client is looking for dedicated and compassionate support staff to join a Residential Supported Living Service for adults.

The service supports individuals with learning disabilities, mental health conditions, Autism, and behaviours that may challenge.

Shift Pattern:

Monday to Sunday Days and Nights

✅ What We’re Looking For

• At least 3 months’ UK care experience
• Must have experience in providing personal care and demonstrate a willingness to support individuals with their personal care needs.
• Right to work in the UK (with documentation)
• A calm, confident, and patient approach to support
• Understanding of sensory needs/deaf awareness (or willingness to learn)
• Full UK driving licence & car (preferred)
• Minimum of 24 hours availability per week
• Enhanced DBS (don’t worry – we can sort this for you)
