Join our Agency Team as a Support Worker in Faversham!

About the role:

Our client is seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join a nurturing and dynamic Nursery setting. This role involves working closely with young children, supporting their development through structured activities, creative play, and daily routines.

You will be responsible for assisting with recreational activities, promoting positive interactions, and helping to create a safe, stimulating, and supportive environment. This position also includes tasks such as supervising meal and snack times.

 Monday to Friday shifts available – Days

 What we need from you:

·         Right to work in the UK, with documentation to confirm this

·         At least 3 months of care experience, preferably with experience in supporting individuals with Behaviours that may Challenge

·         A full UK driving license and access to a car

·         A minimum availability of 24 hours per week
