🩺 The Role – Making a Difference Every Shift

As an Agency Registered Nurse, you'll provide safe, effective and compassionate nursing care, supporting patients and residents with a range of clinical and individual care needs.

Depending on your placement, your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering high-quality, person-centred nursing care.
• Administering medication and treatments safely.
• Managing and monitoring complex clinical needs, including Tracheostomies.
• Undertaking clinical procedures within your competence.
• Completing accurate nursing assessments, care plans and documentation.
• Monitoring patients and recognising changes in their condition.
• Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and care staff.
• Supporting and mentoring colleagues where appropriate.
• Promoting dignity, independence, choice and wellbeing.
• Adapting confidently to different clinical environments and care requirements.

👩‍⚕️ What We're Looking For

We're looking for experienced Registered Nurses who are confident, compassionate and committed to maintaining high standards of care.

Essential Requirements:

• Active NMC registration with a valid PIN.
• Confidence and experience in managing tracheostomies.
• Minimum of 6 months' recent UK nursing experience.
• Evidence of RCN or Unison membership.
• Valid right to work in the UK.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Availability of at least 24 hours per week.
• Flexibility to work days and/or nights.
• A professional, reliable and proactive approach.
• Confidence working independently across different healthcare settings.
• Enhanced DBS: An Enhanced DBS is required for this role. If you don't currently hold one, we can support you through the application process.
• Weekend availability is desirable.
