Primcura Healthcare is looking for passionate, caring and dedicated Children’s Support Workers to join our Agency Team, supporting children and young people in a residential care setting in Swanley.

💙 THE ROLE

As a Children’s Support Worker, you will help provide a safe, supportive and positive environment for children and young people, supporting their individual needs, wellbeing and development.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Providing emotional and practical support to children and young people.
• Supporting daily routines, activities and independence.
• Promoting safeguarding, dignity and positive behaviour.
• Following care plans, risk assessments and individual support strategies.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality care.

✅ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

·         Minimum 3 months’ UK care or support experience

• A caring, patient and reliable approach.

·         Minimum availability of 24 hours per week

·         Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one – we can help with this)

• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• A strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
• The ability to follow care plans and professional guidance.
• Right to Work in the UK

·         Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred
