Care & Support Worker

£13.00 - £18.00 per hour

Locations: Deal | Littlestone | Charing | Maidstone, Kent

Primcura Healthcare is looking for caring, compassionate and motivated individuals to join our growing team across Deal, Littlestone, Charing and Maidstone. We support adults with learning disabilities, autism, complex health needs, physical disabilities and behaviours of concern to live fulfilling, independent lives.

We are looking for experienced individuals with at least 1 years experience within complex care.

Pay & Benefits

£13.00 - £18.00 per hour (depending on experience, qualifications and the package you work on)

Your Role

You'll be supporting adults to live as independently as possible by:

• Providing personal care with dignity and respect.
• Supporting community access, appointments and social activities.
• Assisting with medication (following training and competency assessment).
• Promoting independence and daily living skills.
• Supporting individuals with complex behaviours using Positive Behaviour Support (PBS).
• Completing digital care records.
• Working alongside families and healthcare professionals.
• Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of the people you support.

• Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to add business insurance should it be required.
