What You’ll Be Doing
✨ Supporting residents with personal care and daily routines
✨ Providing companionship, kindness, and encouragement
✨ Helping create a happy, safe, and supportive environment
✨ Working alongside experienced nurses and care teams
✨ Ensuring every resident feels valued, respected, and cared for
What We Require
✔️ A caring, compassionate, and positive attitude
✔️ At least 6 months’ UK-based care experience
✔️ Good communication and teamwork skills
✔️ Reliability and professionalism
✔️ Right to work in the UK
✔️ A valid DBS certificate on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
✔️ Flexibility to work a variety of shifts

The office staff are always friendly, the app is easy to use. One thing I've found with agencies in the past is that they can pester you when it comes to them trying to cover shifts. However I didn't feel this with Primcura, you can put your availability on the app and they're flexible and understanding.
