β¨ Supporting residents with personal care and daily routines
β¨ Providing companionship, kindness, and encouragement

β¨ Working alongside experienced nurses and care teams
β¨ Ensuring every resident feels valued, respected, and cared for
What We Require
βοΈ A caring, compassionate, and positive attitude
βοΈ At least 6 monthsβ UK-based care experience
βοΈ Good communication and teamwork skills
βοΈ Reliability and professionalism
βοΈ Right to work in the UK
βοΈ A valid DBS certificate on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
βοΈ Flexibility to work a variety of shifts

The office staff are always friendly, the app is easy to use. One thing I've found with agencies in the past is that they can pester you when it comes to them trying to cover shifts. However I didn't feel this with Primcura, you can put your availability on the app and they're flexible and understanding.
