What You’ll Be Doing
✨ Supporting residents with personal care and daily routines
✨ Providing companionship, kindness, and encouragement
✨ Helping create a happy and safe environment
✨ Working alongside supportive nurses and care teams
✨ Making every resident feel valued and respected
What We Require
✔️ A caring, compassionate, and positive attitude
✔️ At least 6 months’ UK based care experience
✔️ Good communication and teamwork skills
✔️ Reliability and professionalism
✔️ Right to work in the UK
✔️ A valid DBS certificate on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
✔️ Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
