🌈 The Role

As a Support Worker within our Nursery setting, you’ll play an important role in supporting children through their daily routines, development, learning, and play.

✨ Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting children through fun activities, creative play, and learning
• Encouraging positive social interaction and emotional wellbeing
• Assisting with daily routines, including meal and snack times
• Providing personal care where required
• Creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment
• Working closely with Nursery staff to deliver the best outcomes for every child

🕒 Shift Pattern

✅ Monday to Friday, Earlies, Lates and Long Days available
✅ Day shifts available
✅ Flexible working options to suit your lifestyle

✅ What We’re Looking For

✔️ Minimum 3 months’ UK care or support experience
✔️ Experience providing personal care
✔️ A calm, patient, and compassionate approach
✔️ Ability to build positive relationships with children and staff
✔️ Understanding of sensory needs/deaf awareness is beneficial (or willingness to learn)
✔️ Right to work in the UK
✔️ Minimum availability of 24 hours per week
✔️ Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one – we can help with this)
✔️ Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred
