Overview of Role:

We’re looking for a kind, patient, and experienced Care & Support Worker to support a bright and lively 18-year-old young woman in Maidstone.

She is sensory impaired and non-verbal and receives care in a 3-to-1 support setting. At times, she may display challenging behaviours, but with the right team, consistency, and positivity, she truly thrives.

You’ll be part of a dedicated team helping her communicate in her own way, build confidence, and enjoy meaningful experiences in a safe, caring environment. Every day brings the opportunity to make a real difference — and to see the rewards of your support first-hand.

Shift Pattern:

Monday to Sunday – Days & Nights

✅ What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year UK care experience (must have experience with behaviours which challenge/ complex care)
• Must have experience in providing personal care and demonstrate a willingness to support individuals with their personal care needs.
• Right to work in the UK (with documentation)
• A calm, confident, and patient approach to support
• Understanding of sensory needs/deaf awareness (or willingness to learn)
• Full UK driving licence & car (preferred)
• Minimum of 24 hours availability per week
• Enhanced DBS (don’t worry – we can sort this for you)
