As a Support Worker within our Nursery setting, you’ll play an important role in supporting children through their daily routines, development, learning, and play.

✨ Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting children through fun activities, creative play, and learning
  • Encouraging positive social interaction and emotional wellbeing
  • Assisting with daily routines, including meal and snack times
  • Providing personal care where required
  • Creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment
  • Working closely with Nursery staff to deliver the best outcomes for every child

βœ… What We’re Looking For

βœ”οΈ Minimum 3 months’ UK care or support experience
βœ”οΈ Experience providing personal care
βœ”οΈ A calm, patient, and compassionate approach
βœ”οΈ Ability to build positive relationships with children and staff
βœ”οΈ Understanding of sensory needs/deaf awareness is beneficial (or willingness to learn)
βœ”οΈ Right to work in the UK
βœ”οΈ Minimum availability of 24 hours per week
βœ”οΈ Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one – we can help with this)
βœ”οΈ Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred
