We are expanding and looking for dedicated Bank Care & Support Workers to provide support across Deal, Maidstone & New Romney.

This is a great opportunity for experienced carers who want flexibility, with the potential to move into a permanent role in one location.

πŸ’™ About the Role:
You will be supporting individuals in community and supported living settings, including those with complex care needs. Shifts are typically 12 hours, and flexibility is essential to support last-minute cover when required.

βœ… Essential Requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Access to your own vehicle
  • Business insurance (essential)
  • Ability to cover Deal, Maidstone & New Romney
  • Flexible and reliable – able to support at short notice
  • Care experience preferred (especially complex care)

  • Supporting with personal care and daily living
  • Delivering person-centred care
  • Supporting individuals with complex needs
  • Medication support (after training)
  • Promoting independence and wellbeing
  • Accurate record keeping
