We’re looking for a kind, patient, and experienced Care
& Support Worker to support a bright and lively 18-year-old young
woman in Maidstone.
She is sensory impaired and non-verbal and receives
care in a 3-to-1 support setting. At times, she may display challenging
behaviours, but with the right team, consistency, and positivity, she truly
thrives.
You’ll be part of a dedicated team helping her communicate
in her own way, build confidence, and enjoy meaningful experiences in a
safe, caring environment. Every day brings the opportunity to make a real

Shift Pattern:
Monday to Sunday – Days & Nights
