Job Description

We are seeking a caring, reliable, and motivated Children’s Support Worker to join our team in Maidstone, Kent. You will play a vital role in supporting children and young people to feel safe, valued, and supported in their daily lives, helping them to develop independence, confidence, and positive life skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care and emotional support to children and young people
• Assist with daily routines, activities, and personal development plans
• Promote a safe, nurturing, and positive environment
• Support children with education, hobbies, and social activities
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external professionals
• Accurately record and report progress, concerns, and incidents
• Follow safeguarding policies and procedures at all times

✅ What We’re Looking For

• At least 3 months’ UK care experience
• Must have experience in providing personal care and demonstrate a willingness to support individuals with their personal care needs.
• Right to work in the UK (with documentation)
• A calm, confident, and patient approach to support
• Full UK driving licence & car
• Minimum of 24 hours availability per week
• Enhanced DBS (don’t worry – we can sort this for you)
