40We are recruiting a Residential Care Practitioner to support children and young people in a safe, nurturing residential setting. You will work as part of a dedicated team, providing consistent care, positive role modelling, and support to help young people develop life skills and achieve positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Build strong, professional relationships with children and young people
Support emotional, behavioural, educational, and health needs
Promote safeguarding, equality, and positive behaviour support
Contribute to care plans, risk assessments, and daily records
Work on a rota including nights, weekends, and bank holidays
Requirements:
NVQ Level 3 in Children’s Residential Care (or willingness to work towards)
A caring, resilient, and professional approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to safeguarding and high-quality care
