Job Description

Overview of Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for experienced Healthcare Assistants, to support our client who provides specialist care for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and some with mobility needs, within a variety of residential homes, across Ashford and New Romney. 

In this role, it is essential that you take a person-centred approach, ensuring the individual needs of each person are met with dignity, respect, and compassion.

You will be required to support with daily needs and activities, which may include:

• Personal care
• Assisting with mobility, including hoisting and the use of wheelchairs
• Supporting individuals in day-to-day tasks and activities that promote independence and wellbeing

Shift Pattern:

Monday – Sunday | Start/Finish times may vary – however sleep nights are available!

✅ What We’re Looking For

• At least 3 months’ UK care experience
• Must have experience in providing personal care and demonstrate a willingness to support individuals with their personal care needs.
• Right to work in the UK (with documentation)
• A calm, confident, and patient approach to support
• Full UK driving licence & car
• Minimum of 24 hours availability per week
• Enhanced DBS (don’t worry – we can sort this for you)
