Job Description

Overview of Role:

We have a great opportunity for an experienced support worker, to support in a 3:1 care package for a vibrant 18-year-old young woman in Maidstone.

She is sensory impaired and may sometimes display challenging behaviour – but with the right support, consistency, and positivity, you’ll play a key role in helping her thrive, grow, and stay safe.

Shift Pattern:

Monday to Sunday - Days

✅ What We’re Looking For

• At least 3 months’ UK care experience
• Must have experience in providing personal care and demonstrate a willingness to support individuals with their personal care needs.
• Right to work in the UK (with documentation)
• A calm, confident, and patient approach to support
• Understanding of sensory needs/deaf awareness (or willingness to learn)
• Full UK driving licence & car (preferred)
• Minimum of 24 hours availability per week
• Enhanced DBS (don’t worry – we can sort this for you)
