Job Description

Overview of Role:

In this role, you will be supporting individuals with learning disabilities, helping them complete daily activities while promoting their independence, dignity, and overall well-being.

Your responsibilities will include assisting with minimal personal care, supporting meal preparation and routines, encouraging independence, providing emotional and social support, ensuring a safe and structured environment, and helping individuals engage in community and leisure activities.

Shift Pattern:

Monday to Sunday - Days

Monday to Sunday – Sleep Nights

✅ What We’re Looking For

• At least 3 months’ UK care experience
• Must have experience in providing personal care and demonstrate a willingness to support individuals with their personal care needs.
• Right to work in the UK (with documentation)
• A calm, confident, and patient approach to support
• Understanding of sensory needs/deaf awareness (or willingness to learn)
• Full UK driving licence & car (preferred)
• Minimum of 24 hours availability per week
• Enhanced DBS (don’t worry – we can sort this for you)
