Job Description

Join our Agency Team as a Support Worker in Tunbridge Wells, Kent.  

We are seeking compassionate and motivated Support Workers to join our team in Pembury and Tunbridge Wells, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and behaviours that challenge.

About the Role:

You will be supporting adults in lively, active homes, helping them with both daily living tasks and personal care. Residents enjoy a wide range of activities such as days out, swimming, beach trips, and cinema visits, and you’ll play an important role in enabling them to live fulfilling, independent lives.

Shift Times:

Day shifts: long days (07:30–22:30), with the option of Earlies and Lates.

What we require from you:

·         Right to work in the UK, with documentation to confirm this.

·         At least 3 months of care experience in the UK.

·         A full UK driving license and access to a car (preferred and not essential).

·         A minimum availability of 24 hours per week.

·         Experience of personal care.

·         Strong communication skills, including regular communication with the office team.
