About Us

Our client provides a safe, nurturing, and stimulating home for children and young people who have experienced trauma and adverse childhood experiences.
Their purpose is simple yet powerful: to meet the increasing need for good quality, reliable residential care where every child is supported to reach their full potential.

Our client is committed to:

  • Supporting children’s achievements and progress in health, education, social, psychological, and emotional development.
  • Creating a warm, welcoming environment that meets the needs of each individual child.
  • Equipping young people with the values and skills they need to become exceptional community leaders

About The Role

  • Lead and motivate a small team of support workers during shifts.
  • Build trusting, therapeutic relationships with young people.
  • Support children in their daily routines, education, hobbies, and emotional wellbeing.
  • Ensure safeguarding, risk management, and care plans are followed effectively.
  • Take part in the on-call rota and step into management duties when required.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in a residential childcare setting (essential).
  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (essential).
  • Strong leadership skills with a “lead by example” approach.
  • Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
  • A full UK driving licence.
