Their mission is clear: to meet the growing demand for high-quality, dependable residential care where every child is empowered to reach their full potential.

They are dedicated to:

  • Promoting progress and achievement in health, education, social, psychological, and emotional development.

  • Lead and motivate a small team of support workers during shifts.
  • Build trusting, therapeutic relationships with young people.
  • Support children in their daily routines, education, hobbies, and emotional wellbeing.
  • Ensure safeguarding, risk management, and care plans are followed effectively.
  • Take part in the on-call rota and step into management duties when required.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in a residential childcare setting (essential).
  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (essential).
  • Strong leadership skills with a “lead by example” approach.
  • Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
