About The Role
As a Senior Support Worker, you’ll be the steady hand
and guiding voice within our home. You will:
Lead
and motivate a small team of support workers during shifts.
Build
trusting, therapeutic relationships with young people.
Support
children in their daily routines, education, hobbies, and emotional
wellbeing.
Ensure
safeguarding, risk management, and care plans are followed effectively.
Take
part in the on-call rota and step into management duties when required.
What we are looking for:
Experience
in a residential childcare setting (essential).
Level
3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (essential).
Strong
leadership skills with a “lead by example” approach.
Excellent
communication, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
