Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Manager to join our team. As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a service for 5 adults with intellectual disabilities, you will also be responsible for another 2 bed residential service 2 miles away, this site provides support for 2 males with Autism.

Duties:
- Manage and supervise all staff members, including nurses and caregivers
- Develop and implement care plans for residents, ensuring their individual needs are met
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, making necessary adjustments as

- Previous managerial experience in a similar environment
