We have an exciting opportunity for experienced Support Workers, to support our client who provides specialist care for individuals with learning disabilities and autism in Supported Living settings, across Ashford and New Romney. These services focus on promoting independence while ensuring each person feels safe, respected, and fully supported in their daily lives.
In this role, you will adopt a person-centred approach, encouraging individuality, building confidence, and supporting people to achieve their personal goals. By delivering compassionate and high-quality support, you will play a vital part in helping individuals experience happiness, independence, and a truly fulfilling life.
Shift Pattern:
Monday – Sunday | Start/Finish times may vary – however sleep nights are available!
