14 Hours A WeekWe’re looking for a friendly, dedicated, and active Support Worker to support a vibrant and kind-hearted 15-year-old man living in Ramsgate. He is autistic and has a history of psychosis but is currently doing very well and thriving. He enjoys being out and about, meeting people, and staying active. His favourite activities include:

Ideally, you’ll be a male who enjoys physical activity and is happy to get involved in a variety of interests. A calm, patient, and understanding approach is important, along with a good sense of fun and community spirit.
The Role:
· Hourly Rate of pay: £16

What we need from you:
· Right to work in the UK, with documentation to confirm this
· At least 3 months of care experience, preferably with experience in supporting individuals with Behaviours that Challenge
· A full UK driving license and access to a car (preferred)
· A minimum availability of 24 hours per week
· Strong communication skills, including regular communication with the office team
