dedicated, and active Support Worker to support a vibrant and kind-hearted
15-year-old man living in Ramsgate. He is autistic and has a history of
psychosis but is currently doing very well and thriving. He enjoys being out
and about, meeting people, and staying active. His favourite activities

Ideally, you’ll be a male who
enjoys physical activity and is happy to get involved in a variety of
interests. A calm, patient, and understanding approach is important, along with
a good sense of fun and community spirit.
The Role:

What we need from you:
·
Right to work in the UK, with documentation to
confirm this
·
At least 3 months of care experience, preferably
with experience in supporting individuals with Behaviours that Challenge
·
A full UK driving license and access to a car
(preferred)
·
A minimum availability of 24 hours per week
·
Strong communication skills, including regular
communication with the office team

The office staff are always friendly, the app is easy to use. One thing I've found with agencies in the past is that they can pester you when it comes to them trying to cover shifts.
