Join our Agency Team as a Support Worker in Broadstairs!

About the role:

Our client, a specialist school for students with challenging behaviour and social, emotional needs, is looking for a dedicated Support Worker to join their committed and dynamic team.

This is a challenging but highly rewarding role for someone who is patient, empathetic, and resilient. Experience working with young people with additional needs is an advantage, but not essential—what matters most is your commitment to making a difference.

This role involves:

  • Building positive, trusting relationships with students
  • Supporting the implementation of individual behaviour and education plans
  • Helping to de-escalate challenging situations calmly and safely
  • Promoting emotional regulation, resilience, and positive decision-making
  • Assisting with classroom learning, social interaction, and personal development

What we need from you:

·         Right to work in the UK, with documentation to confirm this

·         At least 3 months of care experience, preferably with experience in supporting individuals with Behaviours that may Challenge

·         A full UK driving license and access to a car

·         A minimum availability of 24 hours per week
